Return Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full product refund within 30 days of receiving it. No questions, no problem.

For a return or an exchange, just send the item(s) back with a note explaining the reason to: Returns – Barbara Conner Jewelry, 1235 Eraste Landry Rd., Lafayette, LA 70506. Please make sure to insure the shipment for the proper amount. This information will also be included in your package to make it easier. If possible please call us at 888 770-2031 to let us know you’re returning an item.

If you would like an exchange, first we'll issue a credit to your card for the returned item(s). Then when we ship your new item, we'll charge you for it. And we'll never charge additional shipping for any new items sent out as an exchange.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic-We will ship your order with 3-5 days of receiving it. You will receive an email notification when it ships along with tracking information. We use UPS standard ground shipping. The flat rate is $12 and your order should arrive within 7-10 business days. 2 Day shipping is available for $25 and the overnight service is $35.

International-We will ship your purchase internationally, but because the rates vary widely based on the destination, you will have to call or email us so we can provide you with a rate before placing your order.
